Terms of Service

These Terms of Service memorialize the legal relationship between HQ Houses and any party that accesses or uses the platform. The provisions are intentionally comprehensive and should be reviewed in full before continuing.

Section 1 · Terms of Service

1. General provisions

HQ Houses is provided strictly as a multi-tenant SaaS workspace for legitimate real estate administration, and every instance of access constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms alongside any supplemental agreements that are duly executed. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved, the software is licensed not sold, and the user acknowledges that they have examined the scope of functionality and accept it “as is” without reliance on verbal representations. Users must refrain from reverse engineering, copying, sublicensing, scraping, or distributing aggregated data; any attempt to bypass these restrictions shall be treated as a material breach subject to injunctive relief and immediate account suspension without further notice.

2. Account security and access

Registration, credential hygiene, and the delegation of access credentials remain solely within the user’s control, and HQ Houses is entitled to presume that any command executed by the bearer of valid tokens is duly authorized. HQ Houses may impose multi-factor authentication, hardware restrictions, geofencing, or rate limiting at its sole discretion, and failure to cooperate is a breach. Automation rules, scheduled workflows, and webhook integrations are executed blindly by the platform; therefore, the user accepts that misrouted invoices, misfired notifications, or delayed jobs are attributable to their configuration choices and not to HQ Houses.

Section 3 · Terms of Service

3. Data stewardship and risk allocation

All content, attachments, personal data, and transactional records remain the property of the user, but the user simultaneously grants HQ Houses a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, replicate, archive, and transmit such data for as long as the account is active. The user warrants that every dataset they upload was lawfully collected, that data subjects were properly informed, and that no export or privacy restriction is triggered by the storage location chosen by HQ Houses. HQ Houses applies industry-aligned safeguards but disclaims absolute security, and the user agrees that any residual risk falls on the user, who must implement independent retention, backup, and encryption strategies as their regulators may require.

Section 4 · Terms of Service

4. Charging, suspension, and termination

All fees are payable in advance according to the order form, are denominated in the specified currency, and become non-refundable at the commencement of each billing interval; the user expressly understands that no refunds or returns will be issued once payment is processed. HQ Houses may suspend the account immediately upon non-payment, violation of acceptable use, or upon receiving notice that a user is subject to sanctions, insolvency, or investigative orders, and the user waives any claim for continuity of service in such scenario. Data will be permanently deleted after the post-termination grace period, and the user acknowledges that failure to export within that window constitutes a waiver of any retrieval rights.

Section 5 · Terms of Service

5. Liability and dispute resolution

HQ Houses expressly disclaims all implied warranties and limits total aggregate liability for any cause of action to the subscription fees actually paid, excluding any amounts attributable to taxes or third-party pass-through costs. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, HQ Houses shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, and the user agrees to indemnify and hold HQ Houses harmless from any loss, claim, penalty, or demand arising from the user’s misuse, regulatory non-compliance, privacy violations, or infringement of third-party rights. Any paid fees are non-refundable, and the user agrees that all charges remain earned upon payment.

Section 6 · Terms of Service

6. Amendments and notices

HQ Houses may amend these Terms, adjust the schedule of fees, or modify functional scope by providing written notice to the administrative email on file at least thirty (30) days in advance, and continued use after that interval constitutes acceptance irrespective of whether the notice was read. Correspondence to HQ Houses must be sent to the legal contact published on the website and is deemed received only upon written acknowledgment. These Terms are severable, and invalidity of one clause shall not impair the enforceability of the remainder.
