Collection and authorized usage
HQ Houses collects identity, account, contact, usage, device, and communication data to operate, monitor, invoice, and support the platform; the user consents to collection, storage, transfer, and processing in any jurisdiction where HQ Houses is entitled to operate. Usage is limited to legitimate property management activities, and the user is obligated to ensure that all collaborators explicitly invited by the user understand that their data is processed and stored as part of the joint workspace, and that the user remains responsible for the integrity of every activity initiated under the account.
Data stewardship and controls
We only share your data with collaborators you authorize, third-party service providers you have contracted, or regulators when compelled by law, but the user remains upstreamly responsible for the scope of any authorization and for ensuring each party complies with these obligations. Profiling, automation, optimization, or any other algorithmic behavior is limited to the tools necessary for delivering agreed services, and the user accepts that no decision significantly affecting their legal posture is made without explicit notice; the user also accepts responsibility for any cause or consequence of the platform’s autonomous behaviors. If you wish to correct or withdraw data, you must follow the support routes provided, and you personally assume any risk of refusal or delay.
Retention, governance, and disclaimers
Data is retained in line with statutory requirements, internal archival policies, and those configurations selected by the user; HQ Houses may keep copies longer for compliance or investigatory reasons, and the user waives any expectation of irrevocable deletion within a fixed time. Administrative, physical, and technical safeguards are implemented, but ultimate responsibility for backups, exports, and encryption strategies rests with the user, who also assumes any residual risk left unmitigated by HQ Houses, including the duty to track and maintain associated activities. Marketing communications may be disabled via account settings, but core service notifications remain enabled unless a separate agreement states otherwise, and the user accepts that any failure to manage those settings remains their own responsibility.
International transfers and continuance
The user acknowledges that HQ Houses may transfer data across borders for hosting, analytics, or support, complying with applicable laws, and that any onward transfer requested by the user remains their responsibility, including the requirement to have contracts or safeguards in place, with the user accepting responsibility for those arrangements. Continued use of the platform after publication of updates on this page constitutes assent to those updates, and the latest policy version is deemed the authoritative text; the user further accepts that monitoring these updates and acting on them is their role.
